 The annual sports competition was held by Rangpur Reporters Unity keeping in mind the slogan of Krirai Shakti, Krirai Bai Ball, let’s play without drugs. In the sports competition, a cricket game was held between two sides, President’s XI and Secretary’s XI. In the game, the president’s eleven defeated the editor’s eleven and became the champion.
The game was played at Rangpur Cricket Garden on Thursday at 11 am. At the end of the game, a short discussion meeting and prize distribution was held at 2 pm. Rangpur City Corporation Panel Mayor Mahbubar Rahman Manju was present as the chief guest in the discussion meeting. Special guests were Rangpur Additional Superintendent of Police (A Circle) Hossain Mohammad Raihan, B Circle Ashraf Ali, Rasik No. 19 Ward Councilor Mahmudur Rahman Titu, Rangpur District Puja Celebration Committee President Ramjivan Kundu, Prince Hajj Group Proprietor and Prominent Social Sevak Khorshedur Rahman Prince, Poet and journalist Hamim Abdullah and others.
