In the operation of RAB-10, 02 robbers were arrested from South Keraniganj area of Dhaka. Today 18 February 2023 AD, a raiding party of RAB-10 conducted an operation in Aganagar area under Dakshin Keraniganj police station of Dhaka district and arrested 02 robbers. Name of arrested persons 1. Md Rabbi Kazi (25) and 2. Said to be Md. Jihad (21). Meanwhile, 02 knives and 01 mobile phone used in robbery were recovered from them. The preliminary investigation revealed that the arrested persons had been robbing the pedestrians of various valuable assets including money and mobile phones by threatening them with sharp knives in various areas including South Keraniganj. A regular case has been registered against the arrested persons in the concerned police station.
