On March 28, 2023 AD, a raiding team of RAB-10 conducted an operation in Osmani Udyan Pak area under Shahbag Police Station of the capital Dhaka and arrested 02 robbers. Name of arrested persons 1. Mehdi Hasan Maruf (19) and 2. He is said to be Md. Zahid (18). Meanwhile, 02 knives used in robbery were recovered from them. The preliminary investigation revealed that the arrested persons had been threatening the passers-by with sharp knives in various areas including Shah Bagh and robbing them of various valuable assets including money and mobile phones. A regular case has been registered against the arrested persons in the concerned police station.
