On 02 April 2023 AD, a raiding party of RAB-10 conducted an operation in East Jurain area under Kadmatoli police station of the capital Dhaka and arrested 01 member of the fake certificate preparation circle of secondary, higher secondary education board and various public and private universities. The arrested person has been identified as Ali Akbar (31). 02 fake certificates, 01 monitor, 01 CPU, 01 color printer, 01 keyboard, 01 mouse, 02 power cable and 01 VGA cable were recovered from him. The preliminary investigation revealed that the arrested person has been making fake certificates of SSC, HSC, Dakhil, Alim and Honors and Masters of various public and private universities for quite some time. He was carrying out fraudulent activities under the guise of business by creating various fake certificates in exchange of money. A regular case has been filed against the arrested person in the concerned police station.
