The press conference was held in view of the acquittal of the accused in the case of Aminur Islam Military (68) years old, who threatened the child Fardeen Al Jihad (13) of Ward No. 4 Amashu Kukrul of Rangpur city and threatened him in various ways. On 04-11-2021, when the Aminur Islam military arrested Shishu Jihad, local residents hand-held him and handed him over to the police. Later, a case was registered in the police station. Whose Case No- 03 Section- 9 (1) On Wednesday (March 15, 23) around 12 noon, the plaintiff in the case held a press conference at his home to demand justice. Reading the written statement at the press conference, the plaintiff in the case Jiban Nahar said, the case of annulment of my son was decided on 12-03-2023 in Nari Shishu Court 1. In my Metro Parashuram police case, the first investigating officer, SI Karibel, was persuaded by the accused to force Fardeen Al Jihad to take a shower with soap in the police station barracks in secret before the forensic examination. Hearing the news of taking a bath, the plaintiff protested immediately, Deputy Police Commissioner Arifuzzaman controlled the situation and temporarily closed SI Karibel and sent him to the police line. Later he assigned Abu Musa as the second investigator. At that time a departmental case was filed against SI Karibel. The CID officer was not summoned as a witness in the court despite finding a match between the disputed voice on the memory card attached inside the first mobile phone and the sample voice of Aminul Islam stored on the memory card of the second mobile phone as evidence of the accused. As the medical report provided two types of forensic report on the same date, IO Abu Musa commented in the charge sheet that no sperm was found in the victim’s rectal swab after taking a bath. Also the handwriting is small and large (two sizes), which is inconsistent with important documents like medical examination reports. In my case, out of 12 witnesses, how can the court give a verdict without the testimony of two main witnesses? Advocate Khandkar Rafiq Hasnain, the Public Prosecutor (PP) assigned to my case moved the case to a different sector influenced by the defendants and Rafiq Hasnain did not speak on the day of the final judgment. He also said, I am taking all preparations to appeal to the High Court to get justice. Women’s Child Court to know about this Public Prosecutor (PP) Advocate Khandaker Rafiq Hasnain said, I have duly fulfilled the responsibility of PP until the agreement. The chargesheet contained a list of witness names. The court summoned the witnesses from that list. It is up to the court whether or not to call a witness. I don’t know anything about this. PP says nothing on the day of final judgment.
