Chapainawabganj in a press conference was held to protest the false accusation against an employee named Meraj (25) for shoplifting.
On Monday (October 09) in Chapainawabganj district city, in an office in front of Shahneyamtullah College, he stated these things in a written speech in a press conference.
In his speech at the press conference, Messrs. Shawn Traders have been working for 12 years in an organization in the district town. On September 28, the shop employee Meraj took 5 thousand taka from the shop for urgent needs.The owner of Shaun Traders found out about the matter and tortured him by locking him in the shop.Then the owner of Shawon Traders asked Meraj to confess about stealing 1 crore 28 lakh rupees.This is not the end, Udin woke up his parents at night when they were sleeping at 2 am and forced them to sign the house deed, bank blank check, blank stamp. Meanwhile, the mobile phone used by Meraj was taken away. He also said that the allegations leveled against him are completely false and baseless.
To know whether this matter is confirmed or not, M/s Shaon Traders owner Samirul Alam Shaon said that all the allegations made by his shop employee Meraj in the press conference are completely false. He also said his shop has CCTV cameras. He was not tortured, he made false allegations. He said that he did not complain about 1 crore 28 lakh rupees.
In this regard, Chapainawabganj Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sajjad Hossain said that there is a CCTV camera video record of money theft from M/s Shawon Traders. He also said that since both parties are making separate complaints, if there is a case, the case of both sides will be taken up.
