Sahin Babu , father – Tajul Islam, a prominent businessman, proprietor of Khan Enterprise, Shop No. 54B Level – 3, Jamuna Future Park, was living a normal life with his family. After the mass uprising of 24, Sahin Babu’s house was set on fire in the dark of night. The villagers did not cooperate with Sahin Babu’s family in this regard. Instead, they filed a false case in his name in the court, whose CR case No.-82/2026, Section-138. CR case No.-256/2026, Section-420/406/506. CR case No.-234/2026, Section-420/406/506.
Also Shahin Babu (53) Senior Vice President Bangabandhu Sangkritik Jote, Dhaka Metropolitan South. Sang-281, East Nakhalpara, Thana- Tejgaon Industrial Area, District- Dhaka. In order to further improve the business and to help a helpless woman, on 05/06/2025, Parven Akhter (38) father- deceased Shamsul Haque Sang-338/B, East Nakhalpara, Thana- Tejgaon Industrial Area, District- Dhaka. The accused signed a non-judicial stamp of 300/- (three hundred) taka from the nearest bank and took a loan of 6,50,000/- (six lakh fifty thousand) taka as a loan. It is provided that Parven will be given 10,000/- (ten thousand) taka as a dividend every month. If the principal amount is required to be returned, Sahin must be informed of the loan 2 months in advance. On 13/06/2026 at 04:30 pm, during the witness stand, Sahin Babu went to the house of the incident to return the money to Parveen. Parven threatened Sahin with the money and said that if you make too much fuss about it, I will kill you and throw you in the Paglapool. In addition, the witnesses present were Parven’s hired goon Sahin who beat him up severely and at one stage of the incident, Sahin Babu was rescued by ordinary people in the area and admitted to Ibne Sina Medical College. After receiving primary treatment, when Sahin Babu went to the police station to complain, the law enforcement did not accept his complaint. Instead, Parveen filed a false case against Sahin Babu under Section 406/420/506. Sahin Babu and his family are now trying to kill him and disappear from various quarters to make him a party of the lost Bangabandhu and Shahin Babu is constantly being involved in cases that have no basis. It has become difficult for Sahin Babu to live in the country as a common man. Sahin Babu is not getting any legal assistance. His crime is that he is working for the development of the country in politics inspired by the ideals of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. But Sahin Babu has no way to work in the country from where he will serve his society or continue the development of the country. In response to the anonymous cases that are being attacked, the country’s lawyers, law enforcement agencies and human rights organizations are not providing any kind of security assistance to Sahin Babu. Sahin Babu has had to go to court in false cases. The administration is desperately searching for Sahin Babu, on the one hand, the administration is harassing his family and relatives in various ways, on the other hand, the ruling party. Sahin Babu and his family are in danger of death.
