Momtaz Uddin: On October 15 (Wednesday), a reception and discussion meeting for videographers and artists was organized by the Rus Bangla Kalyan Sangstha at the Central Kachikancha Milanayatan in the capital. The reception and discussion meeting was attended by Ilias Hossain (Head of News, RTV), Md. Dr. Jamil Khan (Assistant Principal, Department of Journalists, Media and Communication Daffodil International) as the chief guest, Md. Fazlur Rahman Zulfikar, Delwar Hossain, publisher and editor of the daily Diner Alo, and other guests. Before the reception, the chief guest said in his speech that any photojournalist or camera person of a TV channel takes risks and works hard in his life to collect pictures, but they are not valued in that way, we must value or respect them properly, he said that the current health system, education, medical and environmental systems have collapsed and we need to give importance to these issues. Then, among other guests, Chief Camera Man Ali Asgar spoke and said, Rus Bangla is a humanitarian organization. He said that he sees Bangladesh with his own eyes, so I thank Abdul Wahab Liton of Rus Bangla for welcoming me today. Abdul Wahab Liton, founder chairman of Rus Bangla Welfare Organization, said in his speech, I have tried to work with some of the helpless and destitute people around us, I have tried to work with the environment, he also said, it is not possible for me alone to do this welfare work, so the wealthy in the society should come forward, work with the destitute and destitute people around you, not only for that, but also for the youth and take the society forward by doing good work. Many more greetings were given in the discussion meeting. After that, 3 videographers and gunijan received the reception from the chief guest and other guests. Journalists from Channel I, Gazi TV, Bangla TV, Independent and other channels were present at the reception and discussion meeting. The reception and discussion meeting of Rus Bangla Welfare Organization was organized by Robayet Ahmed Mishu and Humayon Kabir. Tania Afrin presented the reception. At the beginning of her presentation, she said that Rus Bangla Welfare Organization works with its own funds for old age homes, the environment, the helpless and the very poor, and the founding president of this organization is Abdul Wahab Liton. Liton is a humanitarian, he has been serving humanity since 2002. The videographer and Gunijan reception and discussion meeting began at 4:30 pm and ended at 5:30 pm with the reception and discussion meeting.
