Nazmul Huda jailed in Rangpur case of arranging fake defendant, application for remand

The court has sent Nazmul Huda to jail for fraud for sending a fake defendant to the court in Rangpur whose case no (CR 311/23). On Sunday, May 21, the CID court applied for remand. CID police SI Sohrab Hossain along with the force arrested Nazmul Huda from Kachari Bazar at 3 pm on Wednesday 17th May. Later, on Thursday 18th May, when he was sent to the court, the court did not grant bail and sent him to jail. In this regard, the plaintiff in the case, Khorshedur Rahman Prince said, when the Sessions Judge and Joint Sessions (3) Judges Court sentenced me to 6 months of unpaid imprisonment and fine, on last (March 7th 23rd), I was shocked to learn about the sentencing warrant. let’s go Later, the court granted me bail on the condition of depositing challan no. Later I filed an appeal against the said judgment and order of the Court of District and Sessions Judge. The defendants in that case conspired to embezzle me 69 lakh rupees through fraud and criminal breach of trust and impersonated me and received legal notice. and received summons against me for bearing false witness. Nazmul Huda himself accepted bail in Khorshedur Rahma Prince Sazia court. Later, I was found to be a fugitive and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment without work and fined by the court. In this regard, Khorshidur Rahman Prince said that I have filed a case in Rangpur Court. whose Case No. (CR 311/23). In this case, Nazmul Huda was arrested by the CID police and sent to the court, but the court did not grant him bail and sent him to jail. In the past days too, a case has been registered in the police station for selling land in the name of Nazmul Hudar in Binodpur area of Railgate No. 15 of Rangpur city with a fake deed of 74th century. Case No-16/123. Accused in that case Md. Nazmul Islam Huda, father-deceased: Abdul Jabbar, and Kusum Akhtar (27) husband- Md. Nazmul Islam Huda both belonging to M/s Huda Traders, PTC Road, Rangpur. On March 15, 23 around noon, Metro filed a case at Kotyali police station. Scheduled Mauza: Binodpur JL-98, CS Khatian No- 36, SA Khatian No- 31, RS Khatian No- 31, Kharij Khatian No- 450, Holding- 448, CS/SA Dag No- 156, 177, 162, 164 , Haldag No- 315, 316, Total:- 74 cents of land. According to the affidavit and plaintiff sources, the plaintiff in the case is a businessman by profession. There is a business called Prince Tour and Travels at Rangpur Central Bus Terminal. Nazmul Islam Huda and his wife Kusum Akhter came to that business and offered to sell the land. There the representatives of Khorshedur Rahman Prince went to see the land and wished to buy it. Then Nazmul Huda in his fake deed No. 16602 dated 21-02-1992 deeded the said land to the representatives in the name of irrevocable Ammoktar Nama Deed No. 19989/21. 75,00,000/- (seventy five lakhs) out of which Rs.6,00,000/- (six lakhs) are paid in cash. On their behalf, Khorshedur Rahman Prince issued a signed check of Rs.69,00,000/- (Seventy Nine Lakhs) for the remaining amount of Rs.69,00,000/- (Seventy Nine Lakhs) issued against Check Page No.IDB-1498609 issued for Central Bus Terminal Branch Account No.-20506570900000114. Later, when I went to the registry office to verify the land document, no information about this document was found. In that case, the accused Nazmul Huda cleverly avoided informing Nazmul Huda about the forged document and demanding the return of Rs.6,00,000/- (six lakhs) cash and cheque. Khurshidur Rahman Prince also said that Nazmul Huda filed a case in the learned court for breaking the contract and cheating. Khurshidur Rahman Prince asked Nazmul Huda about the case and demanded a sum of Rs 69,00,000/- (Seventy Nine Lakhs) from him. If he does not pay Rs.69,00,000/- (seventy nine lakhs) then he will not withdraw the case. He threatened me that he will issue a warrant and send me to jail. In view of this, accused Nazmul Huda produced another person in the court and granted bail. Later, the court issued an arrest warrant for Khurshidur Rahman Prince, who did not appear in court and was found to be absconding. Khurshidur Rahman Prince got bail in the learned court on 13/3/2023 in that case. After taking bail, Nazmul Huda’s people kept threatening. On (13th March 23rd) in the afternoon, Nazmul Huda and 10-12 unknown persons blocked the way in front of the Police Training Center Jame Masjid on the way to the business terminal after finishing the court work and demanding Rs.69,00,000/- (Seventy Nine Lakhs). demands If he refused to pay the subscription money, he was beaten. At the same time, when Khorshedur Rahman Prince screamed as he was preparing to kill, the surrounding people came and rescued him. In this regard, CID SI Sohrab Hossain was called on the mobile phone and he said that Nazmul Huda was arrested from Kachari Bazar at 3 pm on Wednesday and sent to the court on Thursday, after which the court did not grant bail and sent him to jail.
