On the occasion of the National Local Government Day, various programs were held today by No. 1 Bara Malangchra Union Parishad in Tajumaddin, Bhola.
These programs included processions, discussion meetings, day-long development fairs. On the occasion of the day, on Sunday (September 17) at 10 am local UP member Md. Bashir Ullah inaugurated the development mola. Various development activities of the current government of Malangchra Union of Tajumuddin Upazila were displayed in the fair.
After various programs, a discussion meeting was held at No. 1 Bara Malangchra Union Parishad auditorium at 12 o’clock. Under the chairmanship of Malangchra Union Parishad Secretary A. Halim, UP members Md. Bashir Ullah, Shafiqul Islam Tipu presented various developmental activities of the current government to the local common people.
Union Parishad, Udekta, Md. Baharul, Malangchra Union Awami League’s Organizing Secretary Md. Ibrahim along with local Awami League, Jubo League, Volunteer League leaders and various professional people were present.
