Laksam Representative:
Today, Monday (23 March 2026), the Honorable Member of Parliament for Comilla-09 (Laksam-Manoharganj) constituency, Md. Abul Kalam, will participate in various day-long programs. On this day, he will be involved in educational, social and political activities at various places in Manoharganj Upazila and will exchange views with leaders, activists and the general public.
According to the program, he will attend the program organized as the chief guest to mark the centenary of Bipulasar Fazil (Degree) Madrasa in Bipulasar Union of Manoharganj Upazila at 12 noon. It is reported that local dignitaries, students and locals will be present at the program.
Then at 2 pm, the MP will attend a reception at the house of Zamindar Siraj, president of the Bipulasar Union Jubo Dal. At 3 pm, he will participate in a tea ceremony at the market of Banduain village in Khila Union and exchange views and Eid greetings with the local people.
He will exchange Eid greetings with leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations from 11 unions of the upazila and people from all walks of life at the Manoharganj Upazila Auditorium at 4 pm. The local political situation and public issues are likely to be discussed during this time.
The MP will attend a reception at the house of Masudul Alam Bachchu, the organizing secretary of the Monoharganj Upazila BNP, in Moishatua Union at 6 pm.
After these day-long programs, he will leave for the Laksam BNP party office.
Local leaders and activists said that there is great enthusiasm among the leaders and activists surrounding this program of MP Abul Kalam and preparations have been made to welcome him at various places.
