There is a case 167/24 (Sadar) in Moulvibazar No. 1 receiving court on behalf of the said Madrasa Committee on the complaint of income-expenditure of the Madrasa. An arrest warrant was issued against him in case No GR 23/2024 (Sadar). In view of the complaint, the learned Adalat directed that his movable property be seized. ASI Rana Mia of Moulvibazar Model Police Station went to his home Mirpur to smuggle movable goods on the orders of the court.
