A mentally unstable woman named Tulsi Rani was killed by a train in Patgram of Lalmonirhat. The incident took place in the upazila’s cemetery market area around 8 am on Saturday. Deceased Tulsi Rani is the wife of Subalchandra of Dangapara of Jongra Union of Upazila. It is known that Tulsi Rani died after being hit by a local train going from Burimari to Lalmonirhat. The locals saw it and informed the police.
Shankar Roy, the son of the deceased said, “My mother was mentally unstable for a long time. The search for the mother has not been found since Friday afternoon. I got the news on Saturday morning and identified the body of the mother on the railway line. Burimari Railway Station Master Noor Alam said that in the morning, locals saw the three-part body of a woman lying in the cemetery market area of ​​Patgram. Later, the railway police came and recovered the body. Patgram police station OC Omar Farooq said that police have been sent to the spot.
