The leaders and activists of Islami Andolan Bangladesh Lalmonihat district branch held a protest march and rally demanding the cancellation of the election schedule under the party government announced by the Election Commission.
As a program announced by the Center, the leaders and workers of the organization took out a protest march from the Lalmonirhat Railway Mukta Manch demanding cancellation of the schedule on Thursday (November 16). The procession ended at the heart of the city, Missionmor square, after which the leaders held a rally. He gave a speech criticizing the government and the current election commission and called for their resignation. The speakers also warned of a larger movement if he did not resign soon.
Islami Andolan Bangladesh Lalmonirhat district branch president Ibrahim Hossain Khan spoke in the rally among others, senior vice president of Lalmonirhat district branch of the organization Aminul Islam, general secretary Alhaj Moksedul Islam, organizing secretary Maulana Gazi Ramzan Islam and others.
