 The Upazila Muktijoddha Complex building has been inaugurated in Ramu, Cox’s Bazar. Yesterday, Sunday (May 28) at 12 noon, the newly constructed Muktijoddha Complex building was inaugurated by laying wreaths and unveiling a plaque in the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque MP. Later He spoke as the chief guest at the meeting held with the brave freedom fighters. Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Fahmida Mustafa presided over the meeting and gave a welcome speech. Under the supervision of LGED, the Upazila Freedom Fighters Complex building was constructed on the west side of the Ramu Bypass Football Square at a cost of Tk 3 crore 72 lakh 13 thousand. Haque MP said, we have been running the country for 23 years under the leadership of Bangabandhu and Sheikh Hasina. BNP, Jamaat, Ershad ruled the country for 29 years. List who has developed the country more. The development of Bangladesh today can be understood. The minister also said, “BNP is not neutral, it is a partisan”. BNP is lying about the country’s elections. It can be understood that neutral elections can be held under Sheikh Hasina, it can be understood by looking at the city corporation elections of Gazipur. BNP’s talk about the elections has been proven false. A fair election is possible under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has brought the people of the country into the social security circle. Now people are not hungry and homeless. The grave of the freedom fighter will be preserved as a memorial. Upazila-based roads will be named after the freedom fighters, said the Minister of Liberation War, saying that we should not only be in the spirit of the liberation war. Our children, generation should be raised in the spirit of liberation war. So that Bangladesh can continue in the spirit of the liberation war, the generation should be brought up in the same way. The special guest spoke, Member of Parliament Saimum Sarwar Kamal of Cox’s Bazar-3 Constituency, Additional Deputy Commissioner Vibhishan Kanti Das, Chairman of Ramu Upazila Parishad Sohel Sarwar Kajal, brave freedom fighter Nurul Abshar, Ramu Upazila. Former freedom fighter commander Nurul Haque chairman, heroic freedom fighter Sirajul Haque Reza, heroic freedom fighter Abu Ahmad, Zafar Alam Chowdhury. Music artist Mansi Barua presided over the inauguration ceremony of the building. In the ceremony, Private Secretary (Deputy Secretary) of the Minister of Liberation War Mohammad Sanwar Hossain, Director of Upazila Muktijoddha Complex Building Construction Project Abdul Hakim, Executive Engineer of Cox’s Bazar LGED Md. Mamun Khan along with heroic freedom fighters, children of freedom fighters, Public representatives, administration officials, journalists and political figures were present.
