Organized by the National Institute of Local Government (NILG), a 4-day course on local resource mobilization and budget management for the implementation of Muradnagar upazila administration with Union Parishad chairman, members and secretaries and accounting assistant cum computer operators has started from Monday at Kabi Nazrul auditorium of upazila parishad.
NILG Deputy Director Mizanur Rahman was present as the chief guest and inaugurated this training. Acting Upazila Executive Officer and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Nasreen Sultana Nipa presided over and under the supervision of Upazila Local Government Department Development Facilitator Zahidul Islam, Upazila Engineer Md Raihanul Alam Chowdhury was present as a special guest.
Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer Sufi Ahmed who coordinated the course was also present at the time. 9 Union Parishad Chairman of the Upazila, 108 UP members including reserved women members, 9 UP Secretaries and 9 Union Accounts Assistant cum Computer Operators participated in the first day of 7 batches of training.
