Historical 7th March has been celebrated in Rajbari with various events. On this occasion, Rajbari district administration organized wreath laying at ‘Bangabandhu Chatter’ adjacent to the district administration office, Rajbari District Commissioner Abu Qaiser Khan, Superintendent of Police MM Shakiluzzaman, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ibrahim Titon and a group of officials of the government offices including brave freedom fighters. Later, a discussion meeting and cultural programs were organized on the importance of historical 7th March at the Officers Club. On the other hand, on the occasion of Rajbari District Awami League Day, Rajbari District Awami League office placed wreaths on Bangabandhu’s portrait. Rajabari district Awami League president and freedom fighter of Rajbari-2 constituency Zillul Hakim, Rajbari-1 constituency MP Kazi Kermat Ali and other leaders of Awami League were present.
