The largest literary organization of Kulaura Upazila To form the Executive Committee of “Hakaluki Youth Sahitya Parishad” for the session 2023-24 has been Daily Yugantar’s Moulvibazar district representative with the consent of the members Hossain Ahmad as president and writer Rumel Ahmad as general secretary 35 A committee consisting of members and 4 advisors was formed. Advisors are- Azizur Rahman Monir, Chairman of Vukshimail Union, Hakaluki Sahitya The former president of the council is Advocate Abdus Salam Mintu, a writer and teacher MS Ali and former vice president Md. Nazrul Islam.
