This year, on the occasion of the Holy Hajj, the sermon of Arafat Day will be translated into 14 languages ​​including Bengali and broadcast live.
According to the information, the main sermon will be given in Arabic from Namirah in the 9 Zilhaj mosque.  However, the live translation will be broadcast from the official website of Saudi Arabia.  Among the 14 languages ​​that will be broadcast this year are Bengali, English, French, Malay, Urdu, Persian, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, Hausa, Spanish, Hindi, Tamil and Swahili.
 Shaikh Abdur Rahman Al-Sudais, head of the General Presidency Department of the Two Holy Mosques, said that preparations have been made to translate the sermon into 14 languages ​​this year as part of a comprehensive program.
 Through the translation of the sermon, pilgrims from different countries of the world will have the opportunity to listen to the speech in their own country’s language.  It was broadcast live on ‘Manaratul Haramain’ website as well as on ‘Al Qur’an’ and ‘As Sunnah’ channels.  It can also be heard live on social media Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
 It should be noted that the last Hajj sermon was broadcast in a total of 10 languages.  Which included Bengali language.
 In 1443 Hijri, the live translation project of sermons was started with translations into five languages, sermons were delivered from Namirah in the mosque located in the Arafa compound.  The sermon delivered by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) at this place is known as the Farewell Hajj Spee
