Habib Ahsan was again nominated for Dhaka 18 seats.On last election he got about 77,000 votes from the people of that area .
As per result , Awami league president Sheikh Hasina nominated him for 2nd time.
When asked about the reaction of Habib Ahsan , he said, “I express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart for the Honorable National Ratna Sheikh Hasina for nominating me as a candidate for building a smart Bangladesh. I hope that the people of Dhaka 18 constituencies from all walks of life will vote for the boat brand in the upcoming national elections on January 7.
