Shaheed Ahsan Ullah Master Youth Training Center of Gazipur Youth Development Department has provided certificates and travel allowance to the 1st batch of 2023-2024 fiscal year training and driving license holders for 1 month vehicle driving training trade.
On October 16, Monday at 3 pm, certificates and travel allowance were given to those who received training at the Vehicle Driving Training Center of Gazipur Youth Development Department.
Youth Development Directorate Superintendent Md Harun Or Rashid Khan was present as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Namul, Assistant Director of Youth Development Directorate. Trainer Md. Hafizur Rahman, journalist Muhammad Atiqur Rahman along with 1st batch trainees were present at the time.
The Chief Guest Director of Youth Development Department Md. Haroon Or Rashid Khan said that the young men and women trained in the vehicle driving training trade under the Youth Development Department should drive after training. Competent drivers have considerable appreciation. With the driving license of the Department of Youth Development abroad, you will get more salary and allowances as a skilled driver. There will be self-employment through work in the country and unemployment will be reduced. Foreign exchange will be earned through employment abroad. Our remittances will increase. You have to be honest, patient and hardworking at work.
He also said that the training period is 1 month. Learner, driving license fee, dope test are done at government expense. Travel allowance of Tk 150 per day is provided subject to attendance.
He urged the unemployed youths to develop themselves as competent drivers in the country and outside the country. He said that priority will be given to the participation of women trainees in this project.
