A Bangladeshi remittance fighter named Rabel Ahmed (28) was stabbed to death in Saudi Arabia.
 The deceased Rabel Ahmad is the son of Farooq Ahmad of Hajipur Sukna village of Fulbari union of Golapganj upazila of Sylhet district.
 According to the information, last Saturday (July 29) the stabbing incident took place around 11 pm local time in Saudi Arabia. Immediately after this incident, the law and order security forces of Saudi Arabia arrested the accused young man. However, although the name of the young man is not known, he is said to be a resident of Comilla district of Bangladesh.
 It is known by quoting the colleagues of the deceased Rabel, that on Saturday, his roommate had an argument with the young man over his work as a cook with expatriate Rabel Ahmed. At one point Rabel left the room. After that, the young man found Rabel alone on the street and stabbed him, Rabel was seriously injured and fell on the ground and was taken to the hospital. Then yesterday Sunday (July 30) in the morning of Bangladesh time, he died. Immediately after the incident, the law and order forces of Saudi Arabia arrested the accused Bangladeshi and took him away.
 Saudi Arabia’s law and order forces are investigating the matter and the accused will be prosecuted according to the prevailing laws of Saudi Arabia.
