Former MP of Comilla-3 Muradnagar Constituency and Vice Chairman of BNP Central Committee Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain expressed grief over the memory of the victims of the anti-discrimination student movement. He also expressed his condolences to the bereaved family. From the beginning of the movement till last Tuesday (August 6), prayers were held for the souls of the victims and for the speedy recovery of the injured.
On Wednesday morning, Muradnagar Upazila BNP organized a doa mahfil for the deceased on the ground of Jamia Islamia Muzaffarul Ulum Madrasa and Orphanage in Sadar, Muradnagar Upazila. BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman, BNP Vice Chairman Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaykobad and other sick BNP leaders and activists all over the country were prayed for in the prayer ceremony.
