On the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha, food items have been distributed among the helpless mothers of Rangpur under the initiative of Swarnanari Association. On Friday (June 23) and Saturday (June 24) morning, food items were distributed among 234 destitute mothers of Rangpur in a two-day food distribution program at Rangpur Sahitya Parishad hall. President of the organization Manjushree Saha, Vice President Nazmun Nahar Dina, Treasurer Hasnat Begum Dina, Joint Secretary Adv. Shamima Akhter Shireen, Professor Binte Hussain Nasreen, Dr. Samarpita Ghosh Tania, Dr. Flora Shaheen Akhter, Members Morsheda Begum, Samsheera Parveen, Shirina Begum, Sahina Sultana, Kaniz Fatema, Kazi Razia, Dilruba Akhtar Rozi and Akhtar Banu were present in the distribution ceremony.
Later, an awareness discussion meeting was held with helpless and distressed mothers.
