Today 25th March 2023, a discussion meeting and distribution of Iftar materials 2023 was held on the initiative of the Social Environment and Human Rights Implementation Organization. First, the program was started by reciting the Quran. The event was presided over by Lion HM Ibrahim Bhuiyan, Chairman Social Environment and Human Rights Implementation Agency, Chief guest was present as the 65 no Council Ward DSCC Alhaj Md. Shamsuddin Bhuiyan Sentu , chief negotiator Md. Ziaul Ahsan Talukder Deputy Commissioner of Police, Wari Division, DMP, Special guest was present Purbanchol Sangbadik Unity President of Md. Omar Faruk Jalal, Chairman of RJF SM Zahirul Islam, Chairman of Humanity Foundation SM Abu Taher Miyaji, AC Demra Zone Babu Madhu Sudan Das, Officer Incharge Demra Thana Md. Sofiqur Rahman (PPM), were present as guests. Officer Incharge Jatrabari Thana Md Mofizul Alam.
The Chief Guest 65 no Council Ward DSCC Alhaj Md. Shamsuddin Bhuiyan Sentu answered of the journalists questions and said that the Prime Minister’s gift TCB products will reach the homes of all the people and will start market monitoring within two days to control the price of the products in the market.
The chief negotiator in his speech said that as the Prime Minister has declared zero tolerance against drugs, we all of DMP have taken the oath of zero tolerance against drugs.
Other guests also gave their brief speeches and announced the end of the program by planting trees and distributing Iftar items.
