Ā A discussion and human chain was held to demand punishment for the killers of Shaheed Allama Nurul Islam Faruqi (RA) in Barura of Comilla. Bangladesh Islami Front Barura was present as an invited guest in the joint initiative of Bangladesh Islami Front, Islami Jubo Sena, Islami Chhatra Sena Barura Upazila Branch at Abdul Matin (Ex-Councillor) Bhavan, Hospital Roads at 11 am on Saturday under the chairmanship of Maulana Mohammad Rakib Uddin Haqqani, President of Bangladesh Islami Front Barura Upazila Branch. Upazila Branch General Secretary Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Habib, Rajamara Senior Madrasah Arabic Lecturer and Islami Front Barura Upazila Branch Vice President Maulana Mohammad Delwar Hossain Al Qadri, Master Md. Abdul Hai, Gauchia Committee Barura Upazila Committee Vice President Mufti Momin Ullah Bhuiya, Islami Jubo Sena Central Committee Leader Muhammad Abdul Hannan, Organizing Secretary of Barura Upazila Islami Front Muhammad Maqbul Hossain, Finance Secretary Muhammad Shamim Reza, Organizing Secretary of Comilla District Islami Chhatra Sena Md Riad Hossain, Student Leader Muhammad Jobair Hossain, President of Barura Municipal Student Sena Zahirul Islam, Momrej Hossain Molla, Gazi Md Russell Hossain. Hafez Shahabuddin recited Quran in the beginning under the direction of Shaer Muhammad Golam Mostafa, Rakib Hossain Shahriar, Literary and Cultural Secretary of Barura Upazila Islami Chhatra Sena, Maulana Nabi Newaz, President of Islamic Front Khosbas D. Union Branch, Expatriate Welfare Secretary Md. Ali Newaz, Adra Union Chhatra Sena spoke. President Rakib Hossain Shahriar. After the discussion, a human chain was held at Barura Hospital Road demanding the punishment of the killers of martyr Allama Nurul Islam Faruqi (RA). At the end, the ceremony ended with Milad and prayer.
