The best secondary education officer at the national level is Debidwar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Safiul Alam Talukdar. He was selected as the best secondary education officer in the national level competition held on May 21 National Education Week 2024 in Dhaka. Safiul Alam Talukder participated in the national level competition by being selected as the best secondary education officer at Comilla district on May 6 and Chittagong divisional level on May 12 this year.
He was recognized at the national level based on his educational qualifications, experience, administrative and ICT skills, curriculum implementation and quality education innovative, creative initiative, digital system inspection and other skills to achieve the goals of SDG 4. Earlier, he won the distinction of the best secondary education officer at the district and Chittagong divisional levels in the National Education Week competition in 2019 while working in Muradnagar Upazila of Comilla and in 2023 while working in Parashuram Upazila of Feni district. Md. Safiul Alam Talukdar joined as Secondary Education Officer of Devidwar Upazila on November 16, 2023. In this regard, Devidwar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Safiul Alam Talukdar said, I was selected as the best upazila secondary education officer on behalf of Devidwar upazila secondary education office and secondary education families, secondary and higher education department of the Ministry of Education, Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, regional director’s office, Chittagong, Comilla district education office and upazila. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to all the officials, teachers and staff of the administration, Devidwar and secondary education family at the current and previous workplaces who have always supported me in my work. This achievement will undoubtedly encourage me more to fulfill my official duties. Praying for everyone to do better in the future by fulfilling their responsibilities with honesty, devotion and sincerity.
