Many people, including the plaintiff of the LA case, PM Khali Mohammad Hasan, have complained that by disobeying the court’s ban, they have misused their power in the hands of the adversary and transferred crores of rupees through the broker through the acquisition of land to the opposition. A dispute over the ownership of the land arose when the land was acquired under BS Khatian No-196, 906 and LA Case No-04/2016-17 of Jhilongja Mouja of Cox’s Bazar Sadar whose BS Khatian No-1377, 873, 275, 571 and 1494. Then the affected party was forced to resort to the court. The court heard the statements of both parties and ordered the relevant authorities to deposit the land acquisition money in the state treasury until the case is settled on February 20. DC, ADC (Revenue) and LO have also been made defendants in that case.
Defendant Manjur Alam and Ghiyas Uddin of LA case no-04/2016-17 said that Dalal Aman had previously managed the administration by providing wrong information and disobeyed the ban on the land acquired by the said Khatian of Jhilongja Mouja. Three and a half million taka have been withdrawn from. The rest of the money is being forced to withdraw by illegal methods. Those whose work is deducting up to 30-50 percent of the money through brokers, are looting through sharing. The strong are taking the money of the weak. In this regard, Cox’s Bazar District Commissioner Md. Shaheen Imran said that there are strict instructions not to pay money for land acquisition through brokers. Actions are being taken in accordance with the law for the acquisition of land that is litigated or has court instructions. If any official-employee commits irregularities or corruption, strict action will be taken against him if such allegations or evidence is found. However, if someone is harassed in legal complications, it is viewed from a human perspective. These issues are being resolved quickly by organizing public hearings.
