Awareness training of students was held in Chapainawabganj under “Integrated Partnership Project to Control Noise Pollution”.
Deputy Commissioner and learned District Magistrate AKM Ghaliv Khan spoke as the chief guest in the sound awareness training program held at Bangabandhu Manch at Chapai Nawabganj District Commissioner’s Office Collector Square on Thursday (November 02) morning.
The event was held under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Ahmed Mahbub-ul-Islam. Additional Superintendent of Police Abul Kalam Shahid, Civil Surgeon Dr. SM Mahmudur Rashid, brave freedom fighter Advocate Abdus Samad and others. Also present were Senior Chemist Mizanur Rahman of Department of Environment District Office, eminent persons and students of schools and colleges.
The event was organized by the Integrated Partnership Project on Noise Pollution Control and in collaboration with the Department of Environment and the overall direction of the district administration. Simultaneously, voluntary blood donation and post-mortem eye donation programs are conducted.
