Upazila Administration and Upazila Anti-Corruption Committee jointly organized in Barura, Comilla on December 9 at 9 am from Barura Thana Road, under the direction of President of Upazila Anti-Corruption Committee and Principal of Khoshbas High School and College Md. Shah Alam and under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong. Human bonding was held in the upazila at the end of the various roads of the city.
Discussion and debate competition was held at the Upazila Parishad Auditorium at 10 am. Barura Upazila Anti-Corruption Committee general secretary Azhar Sumon and executive member Shakila Zaman were the special guests of Upazila Assistant Commissioner Lands Md. Moin Uddin, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Kamrul Hasan Sohail, Principal of Barura Sunni Kamil Madrasa Mufti Ali Akbar Farooqui, Barura. Upazila engineer Md. Jahangir Alam, brave freedom fighter Abul Bashar.
General Secretary of Dhaka Barura Upazila Jankalyan Samity Md. Abdus Samad, DGM of Barura Palli Vidyut Samity Md. Jalal Uddin and others spoke on the occasion. On this day, prizes were distributed among the winning students who participated in the debate competition to combat and prevent corruption.
