Brahmanbaria Nabinagar in young man (22) and a young woman (17) were killed in a collision between a passenger boat and a bridge pillar . The incident took place on Titas river in Sitarampur of Krishnanagar union of the upazila around three o’clock on Wednesday. However, the identity of the deceased is not known in the initial condition.
OC of Nabinagar police station. Saifuddin said that the accident took place when the passenger boat was going from Nabinagar to Mirzachar in Raipura Upazila of neighboring Narsingdi district. Efforts are on to find out if anyone is missing.
