Today, Wednesday at 4 pm, BNP Central Committee Employment Affairs Secretary and Comilla South District BNP President Jatiya Sangsad Member Candidate Zakaria Taher Sumon spoke as the chief guest at the women’s workers’ conference organized by the Barura Municipality Nationalist Women’s Party at Ward No. 3, Pathanpara, Bhuiyan Bari of the municipality. Barura Upazila BNP President Kaiser Alam Selim was present as the special guest. Barura Municipality BNP President Bir Muktijoddha Shamsul Haque Sardar, General Secretary Md. Mofizul Islam, Former Mayor of Barura Municipality Jasim Uddin Patwari Upazila BNP Finance Secretary Md. Ilias Ahmed, Leader of Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal Advocate Dalia Rahman.
Also present were the convener of the municipality’s volunteer party and former councilor Md. Zakir Hossain, Joint convener Mahbub Ahmed, President of the municipality’s student party Taukir Alam Pavel, General Secretary Nazrul Islam Saddam, President of the Barura Shaheed Smriti Government College branch Chhatra Dal Shafin Ahmed and others.
On this day, they held a mass meeting in Ward No. 3 Pathanpara and Ward No. 4 Nayantala of Barura Municipality, Shalukia village.
