Distribution of prizes to winners of honors and sports competitions
Prizes were distributed among the winners of the 2023 academic year and 2024 academic year sports competition winners of the temple based education program in Jhalkathi. A discussion meeting was held on Sunday morning at the public Harisava temple premises. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Mohammad Mamun Shibli was the chief guest. Trustee of Hindu Religious Welfare Trust Dola Guha presided over the event, among others, District Puja Celebration Parishad General Secretary Tarun Karmakar, Journalist Alok Saha Joint General Secretary, Jhalkathy Sadar Upazila Puja Celebration Parishad President Engineer Dilip Halder, Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Unity Parishad Bir Muktijoddha Dulal Saha, general secretary of Jhalkathi district branch. The guests of the program gave awards to the winners of the best teachers-learners of 2023 and the sports competition of 2024 academic year. Later, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Mohammad Mamun Shibli inaugurated the Teacher Basic Training 2024 of Temple Foundation Education Program as the chief guest of the event.
