Club Management Committee meeting of Barura Upazila Kishore Kishori Club establishment project of Comilla was held. Upazila Education Officer (UNO) Sabrina Afrin Mustafa and Kishore Kishori Club Management Committee President Sabrina Afrin Mustafa presided over Barura Upazila Parishad Auditorium at 1 pm on Monday 14th August, and Barura Upazila Women Affairs Officer Afroza Begum spoke as a special guest. During this time, representatives of various youth clubs (schools), civil society and parent representatives were present. In the meeting, discussions were held with upazila executive officer Sabrina Afrin Mustafa, upazila women’s affairs officer Afroza Begum, head teachers, representatives, parents and civil society leaders of the respective (school) clubs in order to move forward the youth club activities established in 15 unions and 1 municipality of Barura upazila. is And the speakers lauded the initiatives of the Hon’ble Prime Minister for improving the quality of education including eliminating the tendency of students to drop out of school, preventing drugs and child marriage, eliminating gender disparity. Finally, a set of special books for each Kishor Kishori Club is handed over to Gender Promoters.
