The Eid reunion program 2026 of the Barura Upazila and Municipality of Comilla BNP was held.
On Sunday, March 22, the day-long Eid reunion program of Barura Upazila and Municipality BNP was held at the Tarini Charan Laha High School ground in Kadba Talagram, Barura Municipality, under the chairmanship of Md. Kaiser Alam Selim, President of the organization. Housing and Public Works Minister and Comilla South District BNP President Zakaria Taher Suman (MP) was present as the chief guest at the program.
Present at the event were Barura Upazila Executive Officer Asaduzzaman Roni, Barura Upazila Assistant Commissioner Bhumi Ahsan Hafiz, Barura Police Station Officer-in-Charge Azharul Islam, Barura Upazila BNP former president Advocate Khairul Enam Toufiq, General Secretary Syed Zahirul Haque Swapan, Barura Municipality BNP president Bir Muktijoddha Shamsul Haque Sardar, former Mayor of Barura Municipality Md. Jasim Uddin, Barura Upazila BNP vice-president and Barura Bazar Traders Committee president Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary.
Shahina Momtaz Happy, the convener of the Barura Upazila Women’s Party, and Kuhinur Kabita, the convener of the Barura Municipality Women’s Party, spoke at the event.

The program was hosted by Moazzem Hossain Kallol, Joint General Secretary of Upazila BNP and Personal Assistant to Housing and Public Works Minister Zakaria Taher Sumon, and Md. Mofizul Islam, General Secretary of Barura Municipality BNP.
On this day, party leaders and activists from each polling station in Barura Upazila participated in the Eid reunion program. The program ended with lunch at noon.
