A public meeting was held by the organs and affiliates of Awami League No. 9 South Shilmuri Union of Barura Upazila of Comilla. On Saturday at 3 pm Shilmuri D. Union Awami League President Nure Alam Siddiqui Swapan presided over the meeting as the chief guest was Upazila Awami League President and Comilla D. District Awami League President Naschimul Alam Chowdhury Nazrul (MP). Comilla D District Awami League Member and Upazila Awami League General Secretary Md. Nashir Uddin Lincoln, Comilla D District Awami League Former Member Md Tofazzal Hossain Majumdar, Shilmuri RR High School Donor Member Mokaddes Ali Majumder Shaheen, Tofazzal Hossain Majumder, Shilmuri North were the special guests. Union Awami League President and former UP Chairman Md. Abu Ishaq, Barura Municipal Awami League General Secretary and Municipal Mayor Md. Baktar Hossain Bakhtiar, Upazila Awami League Organizing Secretary and Municipal Panel Mayor Md. Abul Kasem, Shilmuri Dr. Union Awami League General Secretary Md. Delwar Hossain, Barura Upazila Awami Jubo League convener and former district council member Sohel Samad, joint convener Ziaul Kaiser, Shilmuri D Union Awami League Science and Technology Affairs Secretary Journalist Md Billal Hossain, Shilmuri D Union Awami Jubo League Vice President Md Soleman Khan. Barura Upazila Chhatra League President Md Saddam Hossain, General Secretary Nuruzzaman Shaheen, Union Chhatra League Vice President Abu Kausar Sharif, Maksudul Hasan, Faiyaz Siddiqui and others were also present.
