A Bangladeshi remittance fighter named Ahmad Chafa was killed by thunderstom in Abha province in Saudi Arabia. The accident happened in Mahail area of ā€‹ā€‹Abha province on Monday (September 4) around 4:30 pm local time in Saudi Arabia.
The deceased Ahmad Chafa was a resident of Ward No. 5 Lohardighir Par area of ā€‹ā€‹Lohagara Sadar Union under Lohagara Upazila of Chittagong District.
Ahmad Chafa used to work as a mason in Saudi Arabia.Ā  On the day of the incident, he was working outside when it started raining.Ā  A sudden lightning struck Ahmad Chhafa’s body and he died on the spot.
Ā The news of the death of the deceased Ahmad Chhafa cast a shadow of grief on the family and the area. The body of the deceased has been kept in the freezer of the local hospital.
