The state’s chief law officer, Attorney General AM Amin Uddin has resigned. He submitted his resignation letter to the President on Wednesday (August 7).

Amin Uddin served as the 16th Attorney General of the country for almost 4 years.

On October 8, 2020, then President Abdul Hamid appointed AM Amin Uddin as Attorney General.

Earlier he also served as Deputy Attorney General.
