Mosahid Ahmed, Moulvibazar: Organized by Moulvibazar District Administration and District Narcotics Control Department, Moulvibazar and with the overall support of District Sports Organization Office, Moulvibazar, the day-long “Anti-Drug Volleyball and Kabaddi Competition” was held at Moulvibazar School Ground on January 27. The cricket tournament, organized under the chairmanship of Deputy Director of District Narcotics Control Department, Moulvibazar Md. Rasheduzzaman and conducted by Moulvibazar District Sports Officer Md. Mazharul Majid, was inaugurated on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner – Moulvibazar Additional District Magistrate Ahmed Sabbir Sajjad. The speakers were – Inspector Md. Amiruzzaman, Inspector Amar Kumar Sen, Inspector Masudur Rahman Talukder, Journalist Nazrul Islam Muhib, Journalist M. Shahjahan Ahmed, Journalist Md. Mosahid Ahmed, Journalist Mahbubur Rahman Rahel, Narcotics Officer Mainul Haque and others. The game was held in knockout format. All the participating teams took an oath to form a drug-free family. Prizes and honors were given to the winners of the Volleyball and Kabaddi Competition-2026.
