It has been found that the two resident doctors of 250-bed Brahmanbaria General Hospital, Dr. Rana Noorus Shams and Faizur Rahman Faiz, have been accused of sitting in private clinics while stopping government services. In this situation, the supervisor of the hospital recommended to stop the salary of the two accused doctors from this month for not performing their duties properly. Wahiduzzan. Apart from this, Dr. Obaidullah, a doctor in the eye department, also does not perform his duties properly. That’s why the supervisor warned him too. Enraged by this, two resident doctors, Dr. Rana Noorus Shams and Faizur Rahman Faiz, and Dr. Obaidullah, a doctor from the eye department, went to the teacher’s room on Monday morning and assaulted him. At that time, they closed the CCTV camera of the hospital.

After this incident, a delegation of 3 members led by Dr. Mohiuddin, Director of Chittagong Department of Health, started investigating the incident on Tuesday morning. They held a meeting with the hospital doctors. He will submit the investigation report to the director general of the health department within the next 7 days. Meanwhile, medical services were interrupted for at least two hours at the hospital on Tuesday due to the ongoing investigation. Patients who come to the hospital for medical treatment suffer from this. In this regard, Asma Begum from Suhilpur village of Sadar Upazila, who came to the hospital for treatment, said that she came in front of the door with a ticket to see a doctor. I could not see a doctor even after waiting for a long time. The doctors are having a meeting. We don’t know when the doctor will come. Another patient named Haji Abdul Hafiz said, I saw the doctor once in the morning. Then he prescribed the test for us. I brought the test report and saw that there was no doctor. Now waiting for several hours for the report to show. I heard the doctors are having a meeting. In this regard, Faizur Rahman Faiz, resident doctor of 250-bed Brahmanbaria General Hospital, said that a 3-member investigation team led by Chittagong Divisional Director of the Department of Health, Dr. Mohiuddin, started their activities from Tuesday morning. They have taken written reply from us. They will return to Chittagong and submit an investigation report to the director general of the health department. In this regard, the supervisor of 250-bed Brahmanbaria General Hospital Dr. Wahiduzzan said, due to the disrespectful incident of three doctors with me, a high-level delegation of 3 members led by Chittagong Divisional Director of Health Department Dr. Mohiuddin has started their investigation process from Tuesday morning.
