Aditmari Thana police have arrested four absconding persons including convicts in Lalmonirhat’s Aditmari. Aditmari police station officer-in-charge (OC) Mozammel Haque confirmed this information on Sunday (September 3) afternoon.
The arrested are Habibur Rahman, son of Rafiqul Islam of Bara Kamalbari village of the upazila who was sentenced to three months in a family case, Noor Alam, son of Rafiqul Islam of the same area, Soleman Ali, son of Sekander Ali who died in Namuri Chandrapur village and Mucha Ali, son of Abul Kashem of Saralkhan village of Sarpukur union.
Aditmari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mozammel Haque said that regular operations are conducted to arrest the accused who are on the run after receiving the sentence and arrest warrant from the court.
Four people were arrested, including one who was convicted and two who had warrants of arrest. The arrested have been sent to court.
