Saghata Thana Police of South Sakwa village of Bharatkhali Union of Saghata Upazila of Gaibandha conducted a raid based on secret information and arrested a young man named Mizanur Rahman alias Mizan (40) along with 1160 pitch yaba tablets. According to police sources, on Sunday night, on the orders of District Superintendent of Police Kamal Hossain, Raju Sarkar, the officer in charge of Saghata Police Station, raided the house of Alhajj Rafiqul Islam in Sakoya village of Bharatkhali Union with a force led by SI Rabiul Islam and SI Jahangir Alam SangeetYaba arrested him along with the tablet and brought him to the police station.On Monday, Saghata Thana Police filed a regular case under the Narcotics Control Act in the name of the arrested Mizan and handed it over to the court.
