Excellence in Crime Control and Drug Recovery: Jorarganj OC Abdul Halim Receives Special District PrizeĀ in Chattogram

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to maintaining law and order, controlling crime, and fostering people-friendly policing, Mohammad Abdul Halim, the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Jorarganj Police Station, has been selected as the ‘Best Officer-in-Charge’ in Chattogram district.
​On Wednesday (June 17), Chattogram District Superintendent of Police (SP) Md. Masud Alam handed over the crest and special PrizeĀ  to him during the monthly welfare meeting held at the Chattogram District Police Lines. Senior officials of the district police were present at the event.
​According to district police sources, OC Mohammad Abdul Halim demonstrated exceptional performance in the Jorarganj traffic and territory during the month of May. His achievements include effectively controlling crime, making record-breaking drug seizures, executing arrest warrants, solving clueless (mystery) cases rapidly, and ensuring prompt services for the general public. The district police conferred this highest honor upon him in recognition of his smart, professional, and humane policing activities.
​Expressing his gratitude after receiving the award, OC Mohammad Abdul Halim said:
​”Any recognition increases one’s responsibility and inspiration for work. This glory does not belong to me alone; it is the result of the relentless hard work of every member of Jorarganj Police Station. Our collective efforts to present the residents of Jorarganj with a safe and crime-free area will continue in the future.”
​During the welfare meeting, SP Md. Masud Alam congratulated OC Mohammad Abdul Halim on his success and urged police officers from other stations in the district to work with greater dedication for public welfare.
