The state-of-the-art textile machinery displayed by Tex Corp BD Limited has attracted special attention at the four-day ‘BTKG Fair 2026’ organized at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Kurila, the capital. In particular, the company’s newly introduced jacquard type circular knitting machines have created great interest among visitors and entrepreneurs.

At the fair premises, Tex Corp BD Limited’s Director (Sales and Marketing) Labib Mahadi Hossain told the media that the response from participants and buyers at this year’s fair is much more promising compared to previous years. He said, “Although the market has been somewhat sluggish in the last two years due to global and domestic conditions, currently there is a wind of positive change blowing in the textile sector of Bangladesh.”
The main attraction of Tex Corp at this year’s fair is its ‘Scuba Jacquard’ and ‘Terry Jacquard’ circular knitting machines. Labib Mahadi Hossain highlighted the importance of this technology and said, “While there was a demand for solid, simple design fabrics earlier, now in the era of ‘fast fashion’, buyers are leaning towards complex and diverse designs. What used to require a flat knit machine to create complex designs earlier, now it is possible to do it directly in circular knitting through our modern jacquard machine. This will not only save time but also reduce production costs.”

Stakeholders believe that such high-tech machines will play an important role in modernizing the country’s textile industry and surviving competition in the international market. Tex Corp has expressed its determination to further enrich the country’s garment industry with their quality services and cutting-edge technology.
