A mobile court has fined two owners Tk 10 lakh for constructing a building without taking permission and raising the upper floor of the building in Brahmanbaria. Sadar Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate on Monday afternoon. Mosharraf Hossain conducted this operation in Kalaishripara and Tekengrpar areas of the municipal area.
According to Abhiyaan sources, a building in Kalaishree neighborhood has been converted to seven floors with approval of six floors. Another building in Tenkerpar is being constructed without permission. In this situation, the two building owners were fined 5 lakh taka and a total of 10 lakh taka. At that time, District Administration Executive Magistrate Faisal Ahmed and Sadar Police Station were present.
