 Barpakia area of Aruail Union of Sarail Upazila of Brahmanbaria Two children died after consuming rat poison while playing pretend play on Thursday afternoon. They are Fatema Begum (4) daughter of Elias Mia of Barpakia area of Aruail Union of the upazila and Jannat (4) daughter of Kashem Mia of the same area. About her, Mamat is cousin. Chocolate thinks they eat poison. Chairman of Aruail Union Parishad confirmed the truth of the incident. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan said that two children were playing near their house in Barpakia area. At one point in the game, they may have thought it was chocolate and ate the tablet-sized poison in the rat hole next to the house. The family members put poison in this hole. One child died when relatives rescued them and took them to Sarail Upazila Health Complex. The other child was taken to Brahmanbaria General Hospital where he died. Officer-in-charge (OC) of Sarail police station. Aslam Hossain said that he came to know about the death of two children after consuming rat medicine. Police have been sent to the spot to find out the details.
