A. S. M Nasir Uddin: Today 21 May 2025, Wednesday, RAJUK conducted two separate mobile courts in the areas under Zone 6 and Zone 7 of RAJUK. During this time, a total fine of 6 lakh taka was imposed and 11 electric meters were seized.
Under the leadership of RAJUK Executive Magistrate Mr. Shanta Rahman, a mobile court was conducted in 06 under-construction buildings in Zia Sarani Road, Donia, Kadamtali areas under Zone 7/1 of RAJUK. During this time, 6 electric meters were seized and a fine of 6 lakh taka was imposed for violating the building construction rules during the construction of the buildings. In addition, the parts of the buildings that deviated from the approved design of RAJUK were removed. Authorized Officer Mr. SM Ehsanul Imam, Assistant Authorized Officer, Chief Building Inspector, Building Inspector and other officials and employees related to the eviction process were also present in the said mobile court.
On the other hand, another mobile court was conducted in Rupganj, Barpa area of ​​Narayanganj under the jurisdiction of Zone 6/3 of RAJUK under the leadership of Executive Magistrate Mr. Belayet Hossain. During this time, mobile courts were conducted in a total of 05 under-construction buildings. 5 meters were seized for violating the building construction rules during the construction of the building and the part that deviated from the approved design of RAJUK was removed. In addition, an undertaking of 300 taka was obtained from the building owners stating that they would not deviate from the approved design during the construction of the building.
Also present in the said mobile court were the Authorized Officer Mr. Jannatul Mawa, Assistant Authorized Officer, Chief Building Inspector, Building Inspector and other officials and employees related to the eviction process.
