The police arrested three youths with cocktails in Mymensingh’s Phulpur and filed a case under the Explosives Act and sent them to the court seeking a 7-day remand. The police arrested them from a rented house behind the old Dak Bungalow in Char Kaziyakanda of the municipality. During the search, 18 cocktails were recovered. The arrested are Didarul Islam (20), son of Fakhar Uddin of Amuakanda area, Junaid Al Habib (19), son of Gholam Mawla Talukdar of Boola Sutarapara Talukdar, and Shahadat Hossain (20), son of Kabir Hossain of Diu area. Confirming the truth of the incident, Phulpur police station (OC) Abdullah Al Mamun said that the arrested have been sent to the court seeking 7-day remand.
