Bauphal upazila administration felicitated the brave soldiers of the liberation war with flowers on the Great Victory Day in Bauphal of Patuakhali.
Under the chairmanship of Bauphal Upazila Executive Officer Bashir Gazi, a reception and discussion meeting was organized for the brave freedom fighters in the upazila hall room. Upazila Parishad Chairman Abdul Motaleb Howladar was present as the chief guest in the reception and discussion meeting. Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Mosaref Hossain Khan, Miriam Akhtar Mishu along with Shamsul Alam Miah and Shonit Kumar Gain Bauphal police station officer-in-charge (OC) were present as special guests. Abdul Motaleb Hawladar, Mosharraf Hossain Khan, Abul Kalam Khan, Rafiqul Islam Talukder and various other brave freedom fighters present and OC Shonit Kumar Gain spoke in the reception and discussion meeting through recitation of the Holy Quran moderated by brave freedom fighter Shamsul Alam Mia.
