” Pay regular land development tax, protect your land” – A land fair has been inaugurated in Rajbari on the occasion of land service. On Sunday (May 25) morning, Deputy Commissioner Sultana Akhter inaugurated the 3-day land fair by releasing balloons and pigeons in front of the Rajbari Sadar Upazila Parishad. On this occasion, a colorful rally was held around the main road. After that, a discussion meeting was held in the Sadar Upazila Parishad hall.
Rajbari Deputy Commissioner Sultana Akhter spoke as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Md. Tarif-ul-Hasan.
Civil Surgeon Dr. SM Masud, Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Maria Haque, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Md. Russell Mia, among others, spoke at the event.
At that time, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Payra Chowdhury along with beneficiaries, land assistant officers and students of various educational institutions were present.
In this 3-day land fair organized by the Rajbari District Administration and Sadar Upazila Land Office with the support of the Ministry of Land, the land assistant officers of 14 unions of Rajbari Sadar Upazila will provide their services at the Upazila Parishad Hallroom, it was informed in the meeting. ‘
